Local Permanent Makeup Artist Discovers her True Calling
By volunteering to help Cancer Patients!
Soonok Mayhew-Levi, master permanent makeup artist, and certified permanent makeup instructor began helping cancer patients that were in the "Look Good Feel Better" program for the American Cancer Society 14 years ago. As Cancer victims not only loose their hair they also loose their eye brows and eyelashes. She saw such a need for her services and enjoyed helping those in need that she created a business and career in the Permanent Makeup Industry.
She has client that come form hundreds of miles around to utilize her services as now she not only helps the Cancer patients but the everyday person who just wants to look and feel better about their personal appearance. Soonok says, "That nearly every person she helps says that it is one of the best things they have ever done for themselves and they wish they had done it sooner."
She uses state-of-the-art digital technology application for the permanent makeup application that offers more precision and less trauma to the skin.
